Imports?

I'm not exactly too sure what is meant by an Imported B.C. Rich? Older NJ's, Platinum's, and the Bronze's series are all imports.

How can you tell the difference between an import and an actual USA made guitar when the neckplate says L.A., California USA (Or something like that) on it? From what I heard, the models that have both neckplate and headstock USA printings are the actual USA made guitars.

If it does not say USA on the headstock then it is an import. I have no idea why BC Rich put LA CAli on the neck plates of imports as well as USA's. Now if it has just a "R" on the headstock then you kneed to see if the serial # is stamped on the bottom of the fret board, that is the only way to tell on those.
